Bravo, Representative King, bravo. I couldn’t have said it better myself. Republicans on the hill did not back down to the socialized health care expansion the democrats desired, and thankfully so.

Essential Liberty

I’m going to set a limit of 250 words for your sake, because I could write all day on what this quote means to me. I’ll start with the significance of the author. And then I’ll look at what the words actually mean. After that, what the quote means philosophically. But finally, I’ll examine how this quote applies today. Essential liberty is more valuable to humans than any possible security that government could provide.
