This wasn’t on the front page of the New York Times, was it? Nope, sure wasn’t.
A report from Iraq’s Interior Ministry says violence has dropped in Iraq by 70% since June. The report also says car bombs are down by 67% and roadside bombs are down by 40% in Baghdad. And in Anbar, violence is down by 82%.
Tell me why this isn’t being reported on?

Fred Thompson announced this afternoon his plan to battle illegal immigration, the first 2008 Presidential candidate to do so.
In the post-9/11 world, immigration is much more of a national security issue. A government that cannot secure its borders and determine who may enter and who may not, fails in a fundamental responsibility. As we take steps to secure our borders and enforce our laws, we must also ensure that our immigration laws and policies advance our national interests in a variety of areas, and that the immigration process itself is as fair, efficient, and effective as possible. <<Â Taken from fred08.com
Key points of the plan include:
- No Amnesty
- Attrition through enforcement
- Enforcement of Existing Long
- Employment verification
- Â Increased Prosecution
- Improve Legal immigration methods

Hillary said today she would give up some Executive powers if she were elected President. This is just more Clinton rhetoric! She cannot fool the American people into thinking she would reduce her role as President. Let me remind you, liberal=big government.
